ORDERING AND PAYMENT
When placing a purchase order, you must provide the necessary data for the order fulfillment, including the first name, the last name, phone number, email address, shipping address and any other information as requested.
The purchase–sale contract is considered to be concluded from the moment the payment for the order is received by us.
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Paysera and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) processed via Paysera system. Please note that depending on your country of residence, either all or certain payments mentioned above can be available.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We undertake an obligation to dispatch the order within 3 working days from the day of the accepted payment.
Delivery terms are:
In Lithuania: within the territory of Lithuania, items are delivered within 1–3 working days from the day of dispatch, except for Neringa region, Lithuania.
To foreign countries and the Neringa region, Lithuania: items that are sent abroad or to Neringa, Lithuania, are delivered within 2–18 working days from the day of dispatch.
Because of the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, delivery time might get longer if the epidemiological situation in certain countries becomes difficult. In case of delayed delivery we will provide all possible assistance in order to locate the parcel or/and quicken its delivery.
The way of delivery:
To the Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia): we deliver orders via parcel delivery company’s Venipak, OMNIVA and LP Express services directly to the customer’s address that is provided in the order or to parcel pick-up terminals, with an exception to Neringa region, Lithuania. The delivery time is usually from 1 to 3 working days.
Neringa region, Lithuania: items destined to Neringa are sent by LP Express and OMNIVA. Parcels are delivered to parcel pick-up terminals.
Poland: we deliver orders via parcel delivery company’s Venipak and its partners (GLS and TNT) services directly to the customer’s address that is provided in the order. The delivery time is usually from 1 to 5 working days.
When items are dispatched to the Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian or Polish address, no dispatch confirmation is provided to the customer.
To other countries: items destined abroad are sent:
– by registered mail via services of the Lithuanian Post (more information is available online at www.post.lt). Customer’s local postal service delivers the items to the specified delivery address. The delivery time is usually from 10 to 18 working days.
If there isn’t anyone at home at the moment of delivery, the post representative will usually leave a notice informing you that the parcel has to be collected from the local post office specified in the notice. Information about the documents required for the collection of the parcel at the post office of the customer’s country is usually provided in the notice left by the post representative.
Local postal service providers bear the responsibility for the delivery and the final handling of the parcel at the post abroad.
– by using parcel delivery company’s Venipak and its partners (GLS/TNT) services directly to the customer’s address that is provided in the order. The delivery time is usually from 5 to 8 working days.
When items are dispatched to the addresses in other countries, we will provide the customer with a dispatch confirmation by email, which will also contain shipment number that can be used for tracking the parcel’s route. Please note that parcel tracking service might not be available in all countries.
The following delivery fees apply:
To Baltic states (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) and Poland: delivery within the territory of Lithuania, other Baltic countries and Poland is free of charge.
To the other EU countries: delivery within the territory of the other EU countries when delivered by Lithuanian post is free of charge, when using Venipak and its partners (GLS/TNT) delivery services – 20 EUR.
To the UK: delivery to the UK when delivered by Lithuanian post is free of charge, when using Venipak and its partners (GLS/TNT) delivery services – 30 EUR.
To other countries: delivery to other countries when delivered by Lithuanian post is 20 EUR, when using Venipak and its partners (GLS/TNT) delivery services – 30 EUR.
If you require the item to be delivered to a country outside of the European Union, you will be obligated to paying all of the import taxes, customs and/or intermediation charges, and provided that they are applicable – charges for the transportation or the distribution of the items listed in the order. You are held responsible for the provision of all the information and the documents required by the customs or other authorities of such country for proper and effective delivery of the ordered item to the customer.
We recommend consulting the local customs’ authorities regarding the final price of the item delivered to the country in question prior to completing the purchase authorization.
When dispatching to non-European Union countries, you may be requested to pay customs or other charges applicable at the destination country. We take no responsibility for any customs or other charges applied in such a country.
Express shipping is available for an extra fee both when shipping inside of Lithuania and abroad. To order this service, please send us an email to the [email protected].
When the necessary information for the delivery is provided, the customer must carefully enter correct and accurate information so that the parcel reaches the destination. Otherwise, the customer will have to cover repeated item’s delivery expenses.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
A purchased item can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the day the item was received.
Only an item purchased at ROBI AGNES studio or from our online shop www.robi-agnes.com can be returned or exchanged. If an item was purchased at any other retail store/online shop, the customer must contact the original shop of purchase regarding the return or exchange.
When returning or exchanging an item, the following terms and conditions must apply:
If at least one of the terms & conditions mentioned above are not met, and if the return or exchange is requested later than within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the item, unfortunately, we cannot accept such item.
If there are a wish to return only one part from the purchased set, then the refund is calculated by the exact part specifically of the set.

All return expenses are covered by the client.
We do not accept returns sent via Lithuanian Post (except from the countries outside Lithuania).
Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the payment made for the purchase within the period of 14 calendar days by crediting the amount to the bank or PayPal account specified in the request form.
You are held responsible for the shipping of returned items back to us. We take no responsibility for any damage, destruction or loss of the item during its delivery back to us and we will not cover any losses. We recommend choosing the most reliable mode of shipment and ensuring that the item is sent back to us.
In case of return of the items bank expenses related to the refund to your bank account as well as any other charges related to the return of the item, if any, shall be covered by the client.
If the refund has not been received, we will primarily recommend checking your bank account once again or contacting your bank, since it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. There is often a processing period before the refund is posted. We can only exchange a quality item if the item of the requested size and/or colour is in stock. If the requested colour or size is not in stock, we can then process a refund or exchange the item for another item on which we would agree on separately.

Upon our stock confirmation of the item in the requested colour and/or size, the old item must then be immediately sent back to the address provided. We will send the new item of the requested size and/or colour within the period of three working days upon the original item is received.
If a quality item is returned, the customer must arrange for the item to be delivered back to our specified address and cover all return expenses. Any bank or other charges related to the refund of the money to the customer’s bank account are covered by the customer.
In case of the exchange of a quality item for another item, the customer must arrange for the item to be delivered back to our specified address and cover all return expenses.
If a faulty item is received, we will be obligated to replace the faulty item with the quality item of the same model, size, and colour at our own expense.
If you received a faulty item, please contact us by email on [email protected] within the period of 14 calendar days from the day the item was received and provide information on the faulty item received.

Upon the return of a faulty item, we will inspect it and if the returned item is confirmed as being faulty, an analogous quality item will be sent to the customer within the period of 3 working days.
If we do not have the item in its original colour or size in stock and client doesn’t wish to have any other item from our stock, we will refund the full price paid for the faulty item within five calendar days. The refund is being processed and the refund payment is sent back by the original method of payment or to your bank account. Refunds for faulty items are made within 5 calendar days.
If a faulty item is returned or exchanged, we will cover the expenses for its return and exchange.
We may provide you with an access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
