1. The ROBI AGNES gift card – both physical and virtual – (hereinafter referred to as ‘Gift Card’) can be redeemed only once in ROBI AGNES studio at A. Juozapavičiaus str. 9A, Vilnius, Lithuania, or online. For redeeming the Gift Card online, please contact us at [email protected].
2. The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or returned. It also cannot be renewed or converted into a new one.
3. If the purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the excess amount may be paid in cash or bank transfer, and if the purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining amount can be used to pay for other purchases.
4. The Gift Card is valid for six months from the date of its purchase.
5. If a Gift Card is damaged, or the Gift Card number or date of expiry is not visible, such Gift Card cannot be redeemed in exchange for goods and is both non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
6. In case of misplacement or other loss of the Gift Card, the money is not refunded.
