Shipping costs: free of charge for orders over 200 EUR or picking up at ROBI AGNES STUDIO. For orders less than 200 EUR, shipping to pick-up points costs 3 EUR, shipping via courier - 6 EUR.
EUROPEAN UNION & UNITED KINGDOM (by Lithuanian Post)
Shipping costs: 10 EUR. Also, free of charge for orders over 200 EUR.
OUTSIDE EUROPE (by Lithuanian Post)
Shipping costs: 20 EUR

About
- The ROBI AGNES gift card - both physical and virtual - (hereinafter referred to as ‘Gift Card’) can be redeemed only once in ROBI AGNES studio at A. Juozapavičiaus str. 9A, Vilnius, Lithuania, or online.
- The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or returned. It also cannot be renewed or converted into a new one.
- If the purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the excess amount may be paid in cash or bank transfer, and if the purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining amount can be used to pay for other purchases.
- The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of its purchase.
- If a Gift Card is damaged, or the Gift Card number or date of expiry is not visible, such Gift Card cannot be redeemed in exchange for goods and is both non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- In case of misplacement or other loss of the Gift Card, the money is not refunded.
