How long after an item is purchased can I return or exchange it?
A purchased item can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the day the item was received.
Which items can be returned or exchanged?
Only an item purchased at ROBI AGNES studio or from our online shop www.robi-agnes.com can be returned or exchanged. If an item was purchased at any other retail store/online shop, the customer must contact the original shop of purchase regarding the return or exchange.
When returning or exchanging an item, the following terms and conditions must apply:
- the item and its packaging have not essentially changed their appearance;
- the item has not been used; it is not dirty and/or damaged, the item is self-contained;
- no original labels have been removed from the item;
- a proof of purchase is available.
If at least one of the terms & conditions mentioned above are not met, and if the return or exchange is requested later than within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the item, unfortunately, we cannot accept such item.
If there are a wish to return only one part from the purchased set, then the refund is calculated by the exact part specifically of the set.
What is the process for the return of items?
The item has to be packed and sent back directly to our address or brought back by the client him/herself: UAB ROBI AGNES, A. Juozapavičiaus str. 9A-179, 09311 Vilnius, Lithuania, +37061280737. Or the return can be deliveried to the pick-up terminal at CUP shopping centre – Upės st. 9, Vilnius, 09308, Lithuania.
All return expenses are covered by the client.
We do not accept returns sent via Lithuanian Post (except from the countries outside Lithuania).
Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the payment made for the purchase within the period of 14 calendar days by crediting the amount to the bank or PayPal account specified in the request form.
What is the process for the exchange of an item?
Upon our stock confirmation of the item in the requested colour and/or size, the old item must then be immediately sent back to the address provided. We will send the new item of the requested size and/or colour within the period of three working days upon the original item is received.
Who covers the expenses of the return or exchange of a quality item?
If a quality item is returned, the customer must arrange for the item to be delivered back to our specified address and cover all return expenses. Any bank or other charges related to the refund of the money to the customer’s bank account are covered by the customer.
In case of the exchange of a quality item for another item, the customer must arrange for the item to be delivered back to our specified address and cover all return expenses.
What is the procedure for the exchange of a faulty item?
Please contact us by email on sales@robi-agnes.com if you received a faulty item. Please provide information on the faulty item received.

Upon the return of a faulty item, we will inspect it and if the returned item is confirmed as being faulty, an analogous quality item will be sent to the customer within the period of three working days.
If we do not have the item in its original colour or size in stock and client doesn’t wish to have any other item from our stock, we will refund the full price paid for the faulty item within five calendar days.
Who covers the expenses of the return or exchange of a faulty item?
If a faulty item is returned or exchanged, we will cover the expenses for its return and exchange.
