Where do we deliver?
We deliver products worldwide.

Please note that because of current regulations we don’t ship to Russian Federation and Belarus.
Also, due to recent US customs regulation changes, we are temporarily unable to ship goods to customers in the US until further notice.
How long does it take to ship the products?
We ship products within 3 business days of payment for the products being credited to our account.
During the launch or sale period of a collection, the preparation and dispatch of deliveries may take up to 7 business days.
How long does delivery take?
In Lithuania: within 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch, except for Neringa.
Abroad and in Neringa: within 2–18 business days from the date of dispatch.
During the festive season, deliveries and returns can take longer.
Is there a faster delivery option?
Express delivery is available for an additional fee. To order this service, please contact us by e-mail at contact@robi-agnes.com.
How do we deliver?
In the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia): we use the services of Venipak, OMNIVA and LP Express. Parcels are delivered to the address specified on the parcel by handing them over to the recipient in person or placing them in a parcel terminal selected by the customer, usually within 1–3 business days.
In Neringa: we deliver to the LP Express or OMNIVA parcel terminal selected by the customer, usually within 1–5 business days.
In Poland: we use the services of the Venipak delivery service and its partners (GLS or TNT). Parcels are delivered to the address specified on the parcel by handing them over personally to the recipient, usually within 1–5 business days.
In other countries, parcels may be delivered via:
– Registered mail using the services of Lietuvos paštas (Lithuanian Post). More information is available at www.post.lt. Parcels are delivered to the address specified on the parcel by an employee of the foreign postal service, usually within 10–18 business days. If the postal worker cannot find the customer at home, they usually leave a note confirming that the parcel will be available for collection by customer at the specified post office. The postal notification will provide information about any documentation required to collect the parcel.
– Delivery service Venipak and its partners (GLS or TNT). Shipments are delivered to the address specified on the parcel and handed personally to the recipient, usually within 5–8 business days.
How much does delivery cost?
Local pick-up at ROBI AGNES STUDIO is always for free. A.Juozapaviciaus st.9A, Vilnius.
In the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia):
- for orders over EUR 200 – free of charge;
- for orders up to EUR 200 sent to a parcel terminal selected by the customer – EUR 3;
- for orders up to EUR 200 sent by courier to the address specified by the customer – EUR 6.
In other EU countries:
- for orders over EUR 200 – free of charge;
- for orders up to EUR 200 sent via Lietuvos Paštas – EUR 10;
- for orders up to EUR 200 sent via Venipak parcel service – EUR 40.
In Great Britain:
- for orders over EUR 200 – free of charge;
- for orders up to EUR 200 sent via Lietuvos Paštas – EUR 15;
- for orders up to EUR 200 sent via Venipak parcel service – EUR 50.
In other countries:
- when sending by post via Lietuvos Paštas – EUR 25;
- when sending via Venipak parcel service – EUR 50.
Other important information
When making a purchase, please take care when providing the information necessary for the delivery of products. Check that you have entered correct and accurate details to ensure that your products can be delivered to you. In cases where the delivery information is incorrect, we may request additional delivery fees to cover the costs of resending the products.
Taxes
You are responsible for the payment of any import or other customs duties which may apply when sending products to countries that are not members of the European Union. Before purchasing products, we recommend that you check with your local authorities to find out what customs duties or other taxes may be applicable to the products you are purchasing and shipping.
