Request to refund or exchange

If you wish to return or exchange the item you bought from our studio or online shop www.robi-agnes.com, please make sure that all terms & conditions are met:

the item and its packaging has not changed essentially in appearance;
the item has not been used, is not dirty and/or damaged, the item is self-contained;
no original labels have been removed from the item;
You have the proof of purchase;
14 days haven’t passed since the order was received.

The item has to be packed and sent back directly to our studio address or brought back by the client him/herself: UAB ROBI AGNES, A. Juozapavičiaus str. 9A-179, 09311 Vilnius, Lithuania, +37061280737. All return expenses are covered by the client.

Jeigu norite grąžinti arba apkeisti prekę, kurią pirkote pas mus studijoje ar mūsų el.parduotuvėje www.robi-agnes.com, įsitikinkite, kad yra sąlygos grąžinimui atitinka:

prekės bei įpakavimo išvaizda iš esmės nepasikeitė;
prekė nebuvo naudojama, išpurvinta ir (arba) sugadinta, komplektacija yra pilna;
nuo prekės nebuvo nuimtos originalios etiketės;
Jūs turite prekės įsigijimo dokumentą;
nėra praėję 14 kalendorinių dienų nuo prekės gavimo.

Supakuota prekė turi būti grąžinta kurjerių pagalba arba užvežant patiems tiesiai mūsų studijos adresu: UAB ROBI AGNES, A. Juozapavičiaus g. 9A-179, 09311 Vilnius, Lietuva, +37061280737. Grąžinimo siuntimo kaštus padengia klientas.
